How to Get Bigger Breasts Naturally - Without Surgery, Pills, Or Creams?

I'm going to show you how to get bigger breasts naturally within this article. It's easy and will only take a few moments each day in the privacy of your home. This method is safe and doesn't require pills, surgery, or creams. Total cost to do this: $0. However, one thing... this method is kinda controversial.

First, I want to be clear and upfront with you. I'm a weight loss expert... so I'm stepping out of my area of expertise to give you this information. I don't claim any expertise in how to get bigger breasts naturally. I'm just giving you this information for "informational purposes only" because... well because I thought it was quite interesting and may help you.

Here's what you do.

First, rub your hands together for 15 seconds to create kinetic heat.

Second, place your hands on your upper breasts and rub inward. So, you are rubbing downwards between the nipples as you rub circles around the nipples. So your hands are going up while they are both outside of the nipples.

Got that? It's a little confusing without an illustration.

Each circle you rub should take about 1.5 seconds. Ideally, you'll do about 200-300 circles twice a day. So your total time invested each day would be less than 15 minutes total.

The logic behind this is that this mimics a child suckling on your breast. This stimulates blood flow and hormones that will help to enlarge your breasts. As you're well aware of, your breasts are bigger during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

I've never tried this method personally, but I thought it would be a good idea to pass it along to you so that you could possibly avoid paying a lot of money for breast surgery, pills, or creams... all of which are costly and potentially harmful.

So if you are looking to get bigger breasts naturally, I'd give this a shot since it's free and only takes a few minutes a day.

How to Win a Girl's Heart - Guaranteed Ways to Win a Girl Over

All of you guys out there might be wondering exactly what you need to do to get a date with that hot girl you met at the bar yesterday or that woman you talked to in your class last week. This may seem like a difficult task, but it doesn't have to be. If you are one of the many men who want to learn how to win a girl's heart, you should read our tips for ways to win a girl over.

Most importantly, if you want to learn how to win a girls' heart, you need to demonstrate that you are a "prize" worth fighting for. You may be thinking to yourself "What are you talking about? Everyone knows that women are always considered the catch, and men are supposed to chase them." Well, smart men know the exact opposite is true. You need to turn the woman's mindset around and have her thinking that she needs to pursue you. You have to convince her that you are one that she definitely doesn't want to let get away, just like men have traditionally done for years with women.

For guys learning how to win a girl's heart, you can demonstrate higher value to a woman in many ways. One of the first methods is to show her that you are not desperate and that you don't "need" to date her or win her approval. She will most likely be caught off guard at first because this is not a typical male response. Most women are used to guys doing everything in their power to win over a woman. By taking a figurative step back, you will be showing her that you are not needy.

A surefire way of winning a woman over is to build a rapport with her. You need to start by making her feel comfortable with you. Choose topics of interest to her and make sure you have her full attention. Once a comfort zone has been established, you can work on building attraction. Be playful and tease her a little, but don't ever appear that you are actually trying to win her over. Smart men realize that by drawing her closer to you and then figuratively pulling away will just increase the attraction between you. If you don't believe me, just think of how a magnet works; attraction is created when unlike poles meet, whereas like poles just end up being repelled.

If you want to learn how to win a girl's heart, you need to follow some simple steps. Convince the woman that you are the "prize" by demonstrating your higher value; don't appear too needy. You also need to establish a comfort zone before you start to build the attraction between the two of you. If you do these things consistently, her heart will belong to you before you know it.

Who is Isabel De Los Rios?

Isabel De Los Rios may not be a wildly famous name yet, but I would bet a significant chunk of change that she's going to be. In fact, Isabel is already a well respected speaker and owns her own wellness practice. If you don't know who Isabel De Los Rios is, I think that you should because her new eBook, the Diet Solution Program, is one of the most interesting and eye-opening nutrition Books I have read in quite a while.

The Diet Solution Program is the culmination of years of research and "in the trenches" hands on experience which Isabel has in the nutrition and health industry. What is important about this book is that it goes into great detail and describes the true nature of many of the foods that we eat on a regular basis and exposes the truth about many of them.

And the truth may surprise you as it had me. Some foods which are considered healthy like soy are, according to Isabel's book, far from being all that good. And there are other examples which I won't go into here for lack of space.

The Diet Solution Program attempts to educate people about the right way for them to eat according to their own metabolic makeup. Each of us is genetically different from the next, and so it's ridiculous to try and force all of us into some preconceived eating plan. We all need different amount of macro-nutrients like carbs, fats, and so on. We all need all of them to some degree, but how much we need varies, and the Diet Solution program shows us how to arrive at the right amount for us.

The Diet Solution Program is more than a weight loss book, though it can prove highly effective as one. It's a comprehensive and encompassing healthy lifestyle volume of information which can help you alleviate or avoid any of the common diseases which plague so many people like high blood pressure and diabetes. I believe it's a must read book for any health lover.

Innovation Definition - The Four Requirements For Innovation

Innovation is the lifeblood of any organization. It is therefore important that we have a good working innovation definition. Innovation can apply to many things. It is usually the term applied to a new product, but it can also be used to describe new processes, methods or inventions.

Here are four essential ingredients to a definition of innovation:

1. Something New

Everyone likes something new. How many advertisements have you seen that use the words "new and improved"? We all want the latest and greatest products and ways of doing things. Newness, however, is just the beginning.

2. Better Than What Exists

New for the sake of being new is of little value. It must also be improved. A new and improved toothpaste must have a new that increases its perceived value. A new office procedure must actually do something better than the old way.

3. Economically Viable

Does it make or save money? If it doesn't then it shouldn't be implemented. If the new and improved toothpaste makes more sales that in turn makes more profits, it is a profitable addition. If your new office procedure improves the efficiency of the work place and therefore saves labor costs, it makes the organization more profitable.

4. Widespread Appeal

All the first 3 elements are very important and even related to this one. However, there needs to be a basic appeal to the new innovation. If not it won't sell. If your new and improved toothpaste is licorice flavored, then it might have very limited appeal. It is new and improved. Licorice may even be a cheaper flavor to implement that any others. If nobody wants it, then it is not a true innovation.

The same would apply to your office change. if it requires an action that no one in the office likes, then it is doomed from the start.

Ebook Readers

In recent times, digital editions of Books and documentation have gotten a lot more popular and therefore more widely used. It is not surprising that digital copies are getting immensely popular, due to the fact that they present a lot of advantages. However, you would still need a device on which to read these electronic versions of Books. While for many people, a computer would be sufficient, it is simply not a practical choice for others. This is because not everyone needs to, or wants to carry around a noteBook computer everywhere that they go. For these people, there is a better solution available, an eBook reader. Now what exactly is this device and how can it help you? Let's take a look at what it does and it's advantages.

An ebook reader is an electronic device that has been specially designed to let you read content while away from an actual computer. One of the most popular readers is called the Amazon Kindle, which looks very similar to a tablet PC, but is specially made to let you read ebooks while on the go. It has a sleek, lightweight design that lets you transport it easily, no matter where you want to go. One thing that many people will find surprising about the most recent editions of the Kindle is that it can do a lot more than simply read ebooks. It can let you annotate content, but in bookmarks and highlight certain passages that you find interesting. It also has the ability to connect to the internet, which you can use to purchase more ebooks and also look up information on reference sites such as Wikipedia.

The advantages of using an ebook reader over carrying paper editions of books you want to read are numerous. For example, if you are studying or doing research for a business project, you may need to look up information in several different books. Now this won't be such a major problem if you are at home, but if you need to do your work out of the house, bringing several large books with you could prove to be very inconvenient. An ebook reader can remedy this problem quite easily by letting you store thousands of different books inside its memory. Therefore, you will no longer need to carry around several bulky books. There is also the issue of cost. Sure, you will have to pay some money to buy the reader, but you may notice that it will save you a lot of money in the long run, especially if you buy a lot of different books. Electronic editions of books are normally sold at prices that are a lot less expensive than what paper books would actually cost you. Furthermore, you will be very happy to find that you can use the internet to locate a lot of free content, which you can then use to entertain or educate yourself. In other words, you will find that using digital books is much better than paper editions.

Twitter Symbols and What They Mean

If you're relatively new to Twitter, or even if you're not, you may have noticed quite a few symbols floating around here and there.

While they may seem like gibberish at first, they really do convey certain things while you're posting in Twitter.

So let's take a look at some of the more common Twitter symbols, what they are and how you can use them too.

The "@" symbol. This is very common and you'll likely see people using it every day when they make updates. This symbol is often found directly in front of another Twitter username. This means that the person who made this post is directly referring to that specific individual. So, for example, if you wanted to reference someone that had the name "bluesky" then you would type @bluesky.

You can also hover over the post that you want to reference and you'll see a link that says "Reply" which will automatically fill their name for you; saving you the time of having to type it yourself.

The "#" tag. This is commonly referred to as the hashtag but sometimes is called simply the "pound symbol". This references either an event that's currently happening, or a specific topic. For instance, at certain times during the year, eZineArticles.com holds an event called "A Hundred Articles in One Hundred Days" and they've set up a specific hashtag (#HAHD) so that you can follow others who are also participating in this event who use the specific hashtag that's been set up for the event.

You can also head to http://search.twitter.com and enter in a hashtag to see who else is referring to it. And this holds true for virtually any topic you want to search on. Try searching on your own personal interests, for example: #gardening, #seo, #affiliatemarketing, #coffee, #cake and see what comes up.

RT - RT is the shortened version of "ReTweet". You would use this if you wanted to tell your followers what someone else had said. So if you're friend posted "Today we went to the pool." and you wanted your friends to know about it, you would enter in your status update "RT @yourfriendsname Today we went to the pool.".

Now, Twitter has updated their program so that instead of having to type this all out (which you still can do by the way), all you need to do is hover your mouse over the persons post whom you want to retweet and click the "Retweet" link. Twitter will then ask you if you want to retweet that specific post to all of your followers and if you do, just click the "yes" button.

The "d" symbol. You don't often see this one because unlike many things happening on Twitter, this is a private message that you send to someone.

Let's say that you wanted to privately send a message to your friend and it's not something that you want everyone who follows you to know. All you need to do is type in "d username yourmessage" (without the quotes). This will send a direct message to your friend and no one else but your friend will see it. Remember though, do NOT put the "@" symbol in front of the username; in this case, you don't need to.

It's also important to note that your friend MUST be following you in order for you to direct message them. You cannot send a direct message to someone who is not following you back.

These are the most commonly used Twitter symbols, but you'll probably run across a few more that don't have any particular meaning but that draw attention to the post itself but what's listed here are the ones that specifically mean something on Twitter.

How Can Cute Squirrels Be So Dangerous?

Squirrels are cute, whimsical and fun to watch. However, squirrels can also be a pain in the butt. They can root up your bulbs, clean out your bird seed and get in your house.

But how can they be dangerous?

It's all because of two things: first, they get into your house, and two, they like to chew.

Squirrels move into your attic for a variety of reasons. Maybe it is near their food (since they like to live near their food) or maybe they need to make a nest to live (or have a family) or maybe it is because they found an opening into your attic - a place which is warm, dry and protected.

Well, it doesn't really matter why they are there. It's just that they are there.

This is a problem because squirrels love to chew. In fact it is a necessity for them to chew constantly and to chew anything. If they didn't, their teeth would grow too big for their mouths. So their natural bent is to chew and chew and chew.

Now consider this. If you have a squirrel living in your attic, what is it going to eat or chew? It may start by making a nest. Maybe you have some important papers or clothes in the attic. They would make a nice nest.

Now the squirrel needs some entertainment. So it might start chewing on your prized possession or antiques? (sometimes squirrels are not too picky in what they chew.)

Well, let's say you don't have anything like that in your attic. Even so, there are many more things it could start chewing and these are most likely something made from wood - like your floor, siding, studs, rafters,... (not cheap things to fix or repair).

What else is in most attics and is usually not very well concealed and sometimes laying right out in the open? Electric wiring!

Squirrels obviously don't know any better, so if it looks interesting or is in their way, they will chew it. Sadly, it is a known fact that many squirrels have chewed electrical wiring and have started many a house fire in the process. This is why allowing those cute critters in your attic is extremely dangerous.

The fear of having an attic fire should only be one concern of having squirrels in your attic. Attic squirrels are also bad because they can:

1.) make it easier to get into your main living area,
2.) if they have a family, your problems (like chewing) is mutiplied by 4 or 5 times,
3.) squirrels bring bugs, ticks or mites in your house which can spread into your living area, and
4.) their urine and feces can lead to health problems.

All this means is that you need to get rid of the squirrels (if they are there already) or prevent them from coming in (if they are not there yet.). The best way to start is to make sure all openings in your attic are properly closed. This will go a long way to keeping them out.

To learn more about getting rid of squirrels (or at least getting them under control), you need The Definitive Guide to Controlling Squirrels. This $5 guide will give you all the basics and can be found at http://www.ControllingSquirrels.com

Choosing Activities to Do With the Dementia Patient

As a dementia caregiver you may get so busy "caring" that you don't take the time to have fun. Participating in activities, whether they are practical or frivolous can boost your spirits and also boost the spirits of your care recipient. But how do you choose these activities?

Dementia patients are sometimes brushed aside with the thinking that they no longer have the ability to actively pursue any of their former interests or to learn new skills. This is often not the case.

A dementia patient may not have the ability to initiate an activity, a hobby, or a game, but if they are given the proper materials and patient step-by-step instructions they may be not only able to participate, but also to thoroughly enjoy themselves.

The behavior problems that are common with dementia patients may be lessened if the patient is given the chance to express themselves through art, music, or some other medium. Activities also have the added benefit of burning up energy which may help the dementia patient to sleep better.

Here are some tips for choosing activities to do with a dementia patient:

What did your loved one enjoy before they developed dementia symptoms? They will most likely continue to enjoy the same activities. Some hobbies, especially sports or potentially dangerous activities, may need to be modified for the dementia patient to be able to participate, but although they may not be able to safely climb a mountain they may be able to continue to go on short hikes.

Be creative. Creativity will help you to find ways to modify activities. Consider all the aspects of a particular interest. For example, if your loved one loved to play Sunday afternoon football with his buddies, perhaps he would enjoy watching football on TV with his friends.

Some dementia patients become a little childlike in their actions. Participating in activities that are usually reserved for childhood may be enjoyable for them. Finger painting, playing marbles or jacks, or swinging on a swing set at the park are all great ideas. If possible, do these kinds of activities with a child. My then 2 ½ year old son was my Mom's favorite companion!

Dementia patients often remember events and experiences from years ago, but can't recall what they had for breakfast an hour ago. Reminiscing about their childhood or their wedding day or their time in the military can be enjoyable for them. Working on scrapBooks or interviewing them about these events are great ideas for activities.

Keep it simple. The more steps it takes to complete a project the more likely it will be for a dementia patient to become confused. Choose activities with only a few steps and be sure to break down each step as simply as possible when giving instructions.

We all want to feel needed. This is no different for a dementia patient. Every activity they participate in doesn't have to be fun and games. The opportunity to be helpful can be very valuable. Simple chores like folding laundry, pairing socks, tearing lettuce for a salad, scooping cookie dough, and many others can all be done successfully by a dementia patient.

When choosing activities for a dementia patient there are many possibilities. See your loved one as a vibrant, productive member of your family and of society and you will be able to find many things for them to do. Provide a little instruction and watch them enjoy participating in life!

10 Reasons Why the Nook is Better Than the Kindle - Battle of the eBook Readers

I have to admit, I shop a lot from Amazon.com. So much to say that I consider myself an Amazolic. I think it is because I believe that they have the best collection of DVDs, clothes, gadgets, electronics, Books, and just about everything else that one would want to shop online for. However, I got a little flimsy about Amazon after the homepage turned into a one item promotion page for their eBook eReader, The Kindle. It is almost as if they are playing some kind mind-trick on their visitors. Make them see the Kindle enough times that a percentage of people who visit Amazon.com end up psychologically convincing themselves to give in and buy the eBook Reader.

That is when I saw an article on Kindle getting a new competitor in the eBook Reader market, the Barnes and Noble Nook. As if on auto-pilot, I found myself on BarnesandNoble.com and was pleasantly surprised to see that the homepage was not plastered with a huge posting on an eBook Reader. In fact, there was a small 2x2 inch ad reading, "Nook, The World's Most Advanced eBook Reader: Learn More" on the right of the page. And that was it! No mind games, no tricks, just a simple, genuine ad that definitely caught my eye.

The early pre-orders are expected to be delivered by mid-December, which is a slight delay as Barnes and Noble admitted to be getting a high demand for their eReaders. If you still have not placed your order, no need to worry, you will get your new eBook Reader in early January.

Here are 10 reasons why the Nook triumphs over the Kindle:

Goes easy on the eyes.

There is no glare or backlight that some complained about the Kindle, and with the adjustable text size, you can read on for hours without the discomfort of your eyes being tired out.

Sample eBooks for free.

You can download a free sample of any eBook from the store and not only discover new authors but also check out the most talked about books for free on your Barnes and Noble eBook Reader. The Kindle does not offer this convenience.

Mark up your pages and Reading Now.

Nook makes it simple and easy to bookmark, highlight passages, or even make notes, with a built in tool, which also allows you to look up the meaning of any word mid-sentence, using the built-in dictionary.

Size, Display and Specifications.

Compact Size - The Nook is about the same size and weight as an average sized paperback book.

Expandable Storage - With 2GB built-in memory, the Nook can store about 1,500 eBooks. However with a microSD memory card slot, this number is pushed up to 17,500 eBooks.

Paper-like Display - The most advanced E-ink Vizplex electronic paper display that reads like the printed page and you can read an eBook in bright sunlight as clearly as inside your home

Color Touchscreen - 3.5 inch color touchscreen LCD that offers one-touch control and navigation. The Kindle has a gray-scale display.

Fast and Free Wireless - Fast and Free wireless from Barnes & Noble via AT&T, the nation's fastest 3G network.

Supported File Types - Very flexible options that include EPUB and eReader Formats, PDFs, MP3s and graphics that load to your Nook from your computer or micro SD card and JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP files are used to create personal screen savers.

Personalized Screen Saver - Customize your nook quickly and easily by loading your own photos or using the many default pictures.

Powerful Battery - You can read for up to ten days without recharging (with wireless off). Charging is done via USB to computer system or power adapter.

Cost-efficient

At just $260, the Barnes and Noble Nook Ebook Reader is the same price as Amazon's Kindle 2, but you get so much more for your money. You get Wi-Fi, an SD slot, native PDF support and that extra double screen makes it seem eons out of the Kindle's league.

Easy to Lend and Share Your eBooks with Friends and Family.

One of the main objections that users of the Kindle and other older eReaders have is that people prefer to to get the majority of their eBooks from their friends or family, rather than buying them from bookstores, which all these previous eReaders do not really have much flexibility with. The Nook realizes that people do like to share their eBooks and allows for a 2-week lending period - plenty of time to read a book. Also, you can lend a book from your Nook to tons of different devices: Mac, PC, iPhone, iPod Touch, PC, Mac, BlackBerry, or Windows Mobile (soon).

Double Screen.

With the traditional single screen that is seen in all the eBook eReaders prior to the Barnes and Noble Nook eBook eReader, browsing for books was a workout on its own and often a frustration. But with its capacitive double touchscreen, the Nook offers a keyboard and Cover-Flow-esque browsing that takes away the awkwardness and lethargy of e-ink, and more importantly, it opens the door for multitasking. You will be able to read a book and control your music at the same time, and since the music browser will be on the LCD screen, it will not look like some e-inked crap. It will also support photo browsing and the ability to set your own wallpaper.

Battery Life.

The Barnes and Noble Nook eBook Reader comes with a 10-day battery life, which might not be just as long as the Kindle 2's 14 days, but with all the extra features it comes along with, you have to admit, 10 days is still more than enough time to read a book.

Android Integration - Leads to Endless Possibilities.

B&N seem to be open to apps being introduced to the Nook, which will take your user experience to a whole new level when compared to the Kindle and other existing eReaders. Picture this: Your iPod merged with an eBook reader - that is exactly what the Nook eReader will feel like.

Largest eBook Collection.

With over 1 million titles to choose from, the eBooks will be available through the Barnes and Noble eBookStore and will delivered through the 3G wireless network. Thousands of older titles are free, and many new releases are as low as $9.99.

I should also mention that the accessories for the Nook are looking hot as you have the option of personalising your Nook with rubberized plastic covers, leather cases with button straps, and artistic sleeve covers are just some of the looks you can use to brand your Nook as truly yours.

I am very interested in the Nook eReader as I do a lot of reading and to be honest, how cool would it be to be doing some bedtime reading with a light-weight Nook, not having to switch arms because you are getting tired of holding a traditional, heavy book.

Thrush in Babies - How to Cure Infant Thrush Naturally and Permanently

Life as a little baby can be hard: so many sights, sounds and sensations to adjust to. Thrush can make life for a little baby - and mom - even harder. If thrush is the most serious health issue you have to contend with, then in some ways you're very lucky. However, that doesn't make thrush easy to deal with.

Without the right approach, treating babies with thrush can be difficult and frustrating. Feedings, diaper changes, night-wakings, and the innumerable other responsibilities of caring for a newborn can make oral thrush seem downright overwhelming. Let's look at some of the most common symptoms of oral thrush:

-Creamy, white patches on the tongue, gums or inside the cheeks
-Difficulty nursing and/or reluctance to nurse
-Unusually fussy
-Baby's mouth seems sore, painful.

The yeast cell candida albicans (which causes thrush) loves the warm, wet, sugar-rich environment of babies' mouths. Breast milk is rich in the natural sugar lactose, while formulas contain added sweeteners; whether a baby is breastfed or bottle-fed, yeast cells will have ample food to grow and multiply.

The prevalent use of antibiotics, both for c-sections and strep B bacteria, has made infant thrush more common than ever. Antibiotics wipe out both mom and baby's natural yeast defenses, making yeast overgrowth more likely. If mom has vaginal yeast, this may cause baby to catch the yeast coming through the birth canal. Prematurity or use of steroids may also make thrush more likely.

There are two common approaches to treating babies with thrush:
1.) use prescription pharmaceuticals such as Nystatin or Diflucan to kill the yeast or
2.) to kill the yeast with "natural" or home remedies. I say "natural" because some common home remedies, such as gentian violet, are not really natural. Gentian violet is a petrol derivative and carries increased long-term risk for oral cancer.

In any case, both the pharmaceutical and "natural" approach are imperfect solutions because they don't stop the yeast from growing back. Pharmaceuticals such as Diflucan and other antifungals carry the additional risk of serious side effects, which is especially troubling for a newborn. (Nystatin is the safest of the pharmaceutical drugs but is not very effective and may sometimes cause the yeast to mutate into a more difficult to treat form.)

Some thrush home remedies carry significant risks as well, which is worrisome since well-meaning mothers may simply not be aware of potential side effects. I've seen products containing colloidal silver, tea tree oil and oregano oil all advertised for infant thrush problems: each of these has significant concerns as far as treating babies.

My own personal experiences with the difficulty of treating thrush naturally and permanently led me to develop a comprehensive approach to treat infant thrush quickly and safely, with only positive side effects: zero harmful ones. The key lies both in killing the existing yeast (safely) and curing the underlying imbalance that allowed the yeast cells to grow out of control in the first place.

How to Lose Weight in a Week - Reshape Your Metabolism and Burn Fat Uncontrollably

I'm going to show you how to lose weight in a week while you reshape your metabolism and burn fat uncontrollably. Your body will have no choice but to simply discard the extra pounds of fat that it's been holding on to for "an emergency".

A new YOU is about to take shape.

How to Lose Weight in a Week

1. First things first, you probably have 5 or more pounds of water weight you need to get rid of. For that, you'll need to drink a lot of water.

Here's what's up with water weight. Your body clings to it for emergencies. Your body still has the mentality that it's still 1,000 or more years ago when water was scarce. Back then, the added water weight helped people to survive.

Today, it just makes people look fat and bloated.

Well, you need to TRICK your body into thinking there's plenty of water so that it's pointless to carry the extra water weight. The easiest way to do that is to drink A LOT OF WATER.

Once you do, you're body will say to itself "Ok, I guess I don't need this added water for an emergency... I'll just release it now". So this water gets eliminated out of your body. And it goes rather fast too.

So if you were to drink a gallon of water each day, you can quite possibly lose 5 pounds of water weight in 3-4 days.

A bonus to this is that drinking a lot of water speeds up your metabolism to burn off even more calories. Listen, I know this "drink a lot of water" information isn't too exciting, but it does work. So do it.

2. Your body has at least 5-10 pounds of putrified wastes and fecal matter clogging it up.

Actually, if you're 25 or more pounds overweight, you probably have even more than that. I read something about the autopsies on John Wayne and Elvis... they both had OVER 20 POUNDS of crusted up wastes and fecal matter in their body.

Think about that!

I don't mean to gross you out or anything, but it should be clear to you that you don't want undigested wastes in your body. So how do you solve this?

Simple... you get a lot of fiber in your diet... at least 40 grams.

For this, I recommend black beans, apples, and bananas.

Eat 1 can of black beans a day... that gets you 25 grams of fiber. Also, eat 3 bananas and or apples a day. That'll get you about 15 grams.

This fiber will help push out those wastes. It may take some time since those wastes are wedged in there pretty good (in most cases) from years of dietary abuse from you. Just be consistent with getting the 40 or more grams of fiber a day and slowly but surely that stuff will get loosened up and swept out of your body.

That's a simple way on how to lose weight in a week and reshape your metabolism without doing anything crazy!

Best eBook Reader For Students, 2011

Today, the eBook reader is ubiquitous. You have the iPad, the Kindle, the Nook, Sony eReader and a host of others. There is an ongoing war between all of these the eReaders for market dominance and kind of set the stage for which one becomes the dominant player in the market. This war has moved into the classroom and the device that becomes accepted as the ideal gadget for the classroom will definitely become the cash cow for the company that owns it. Below are some of the devices that could someday become a part of every students backpack.

The Kindle
Amazon has different varieties of the Kindle that are targeted to different demographics with different price points. The idea is to have a Kindle that will appeal to every segment of the market. Depending on the type, it can hold approximately between 1500 to 3500 Books. It can wirelessly connect to the internet and download Books. The Kindle can download word documents and PDF wirelessly and so far has been the Jewel of Amazon. It has sold well and a lot of people are happy with its functions.

The Nook
The Nook is the eReader from Barnes and Noble. Like the Kindle it can also hold about 1500 books, has an excellent color touch screen that is easy on the eyes, and you can download books in seconds to your Nook. It has a unique future that allows users to be able to swap books with friends or with a network they belong to such as a book club.

The Nook also functions as an mp3 player and can be used to listen to audio books. Other futures the Nook has include making notes, highlighting pages, marking text on your pages as you read and looking up words.

The iPad
The iPad is a major game changer in the area of eReaders. With the launch of the iPad Apple put a wrench in the market for other eReaders. It is a full computer that comes as a light and flat gadget. It has a large touch screen color display, a virtual keyboard and a very user friendly interface. When you are reading a book or magazine, the display is very book like and you can actually flip the pages on the screen as you would on a physical book.

Apple has had a long relationship with education as its earlier computers like the MAC have more or less become the standard in schools for decades. They have a huge advantage over other eReader in that this product can easily sync with a student's PC in a plug and play manner. Apple also has the advantage of the iTunes, which is a platform where books, magazines, videos, music and lectures can be easily downloaded.

This gadget connects easily to Apple App store, so that Apps available for the iPhone can be used for it. A good example is the iBook App which is the application that makes it possible for the iPad to function as an eReader. It is predicted that in the next few years, due to its cross functionality as a full fledged personal computer; the iPad will be what will be found in most students back pack.

Carrying textbooks to class each day is one of the biggest problems that students face. With the iPad, more than a truck load of textbooks can be stored in the form of eBooks, freeing up space in the students backpack and preventing back strain. The environment will also benefit as fewer trees will be chopped down to make textbooks and the issue of storage for outdated books will cease to exist.

Ebook Writing

There are many factors to consider for eBook writing. These things include the format and structure, the content, research or sources, and much more.

EBook writing requires quality content. You can write an eBook on just about every topic possible. However, if you want someone to read it or have an interest in purchasing it then it must provide a benefit to the reader. For example, if you are writing an ebook about skin cancer then it must cover what skin cancer is, signs of the disease, causes of the disease, and things you can do to prevent from acquiring skin cancer. An ebook with these topics would provide useful information that is beneficial to people who spend a lot of time out in the sun. People would be interested in reading this because it could help people take the steps to prevent skin cancer, identify if they have signs of the disease, and more.

Ebook writing requires the writer to think about the format and the structure. Ebook writing should have an eye catching cover page that immediately grabs the interest of someone. The second page should include a table of contents. This will allow people to know exactly what information they are about to read. This allows for the ebook to be used as a reference guide if they want to go straight to a specific chapter. A table of contents should include numbered chapters, the title of each chapter, and the page number each chapter begins on.

Ebook writing requires professionalism. Although, anyone can write an ebook if the proper amount of research is done on the topic. One thing to keep in mind is that when researching topics it is important to consider the sources of the research and verify the credentials. You don't want to use information from a source without credentials and that doesn't know what they are talking about. This would make you look bad with your ebook.

Another thing to consider is that ebook writing should not have any errors or problems with grammar. It is usually best to hire a professional to write the ebook for you. Any type of writing with spelling errors or grammatical problems looks unprofessional and can cause you to lose credibility with the reader. If the content is full of errors the reader will not be interested in even reading the ebook.

Writing an ebook requires a professional writer who will provide a professional product flawless and error-free. The format and structure should be proper and the content must be beneficial and useful to the reader.

Favoritism In The Workplace

Seeing favoritism in the workplace can be one of the most demotivating things you might experience.

In the workplace, favoritism refers to when someone appears to be treated better than others and not necessarily for reasons related to superior work performance.

Favoritism in the workplace might result in this person being promoted faster than others unfairly, being paid more to do the same job as others, being given more leeway to come and go during the day as they please, that sort of thing.

The end result is that they appear to be treated better than others and for no valid reason.

In each case, the favoritism they are given seems to you to correlate less to their abilities and more because they know the right person or people.

Favoritism can occur in pretty much any office environment large or small. How you react to the favoritism really depends on how blatant it is, if it's proveable and whether or not it's illegal. Your company's willingness to tolerate such behavior is also key.

Before you consider going public with a complaint about favoritism think about the possible consequences.

Whistleblowers are increasingly being offered more protection in some countries but whether or not your complaint is legitimate and proveable might be the biggest obstacle and a public announcement could end up causing you long-term grief.

If the favoritism you are witnessing is holding you back or hurting you and you feel it is based on illegal reasons - race, sex, age, etc - you might consider legal action but you'd obviously need proof of wrong doing to have a case.

You might also ask if your current job is worth fighting for? Do you want to work for a company that tolerates favoritism if you can find a better opportunity elsewhere?

Depending on the specific situation, you might have a hard time proving favoritism or getting any sort of positive resolution otherwise.

Short of getting a new job, you might consider exploring other options depending on your situation such as consulting with a labor lawyer or speaking with a Human Resources rep from your company.

Also make sure you are familiar with your company's policies towards this issue. They may have processes in place that can help you and guide you.

6 Common Teacher Interview Questions and How to Answer Them

When you get a call from a school administrator inviting you to interview for a teaching job, how do you feel? Happy? Elated? Excited? Nervous? Scared stiff?

You don't need to worry about the interview if you're a well-prepared, qualified candidate. Preparing for a teaching interview is a lot like studying for a test. You can review commonly asked questions, think about what you'll say beforehand, and go in to do your best. If you prepare beforehand, the interview questions will seem routine and familiar. You'll have answers on the tip of your tongue, ready-to-go.

Below is a list of six commonly asked teacher interview questions from my eBook, Guide to Getting the Teaching Job of Your Dreams. How would you answer each question?

1. Tell us about yourself.

This will be the first question at almost every interview. Just give a brief background in about three sentences. Tell them what colleges you graduated from, what you're certified to teach, what your teaching & working experiences are, and why you'd love the job.

2. How do you teach to the state standards?

If you interview in the United States, school administrators love to talk about state, local, or national standards! Reassure your interviewer that everything you do ties into standards. Be sure the lesson plans in your portfolio have the state standards typed right on them. When they ask about them, pull out your lesson and show them the close ties between your teaching and the standards.

3. How will you prepare students for standardized assessments?

There are standardized assessments at almost every grade level. Be sure you know the names of the tests. Talk about your experiences preparing students. You'll get bonus points if you know and describe the format of the test because that will prove your familiarity.

4. Describe your discipline philosophy.

You use lots of positive reinforcement. You are firm, but you don't yell. You have appropriate consequences for inappropriate behavior. You have your classroom rules posted clearly on the walls. You set common routines that students follow. You adhere to the school's discipline guidelines. Also, emphasize that you suspect discipline problems will be minimal because your lessons are very interesting and engaging to students. Don't tell the interviewer that you "send kids to the principal's office" whenever there is a problem. You should be able to handle most discipline problems on your own. Only students who have committed very serious behavior problems should be sent to the office.

5. How do you make sure you meet the needs of a student with an IEP?

An IEP is an "individualized education plan." Students with special needs will be given an IEP, or a list of things that you must do when teaching the child. An IEP might include anything from "additional time for testing" to "needs all test questions read aloud" to "needs to use braille textBook." How do you ensure you're meeting the needs of a student with an IEP? First, read the IEP carefully. If you have questions, consult a special education teacher, counselor, or other staff member who can help you. Then, you just make sure you follow the requirements on the IEP word for word. When necessary, you may be asked to attend a meeting in which you can make suggestions for updating the IEP. Your goal, and the goal of the IEP, is to make sure the student has whatever he or she needs to be successful in your class.

6. How do you communicate with parents?

This question will come up at almost every elementary school interview. It's fairly common in the middle school and high school as well. You might have a weekly parent newsletter that you send home each week. For grades 3 and up, you may require students to have an assignment book that has to be signed each night. This way, parents know what assignments are given and when projects are due. When there are discipline problems you call home and talk to parents. It's important to have an open-door policy and invite parents to share their concerns at any time.

For more teacher interview questions, I invite you to download my eBook Getting the Teaching Job of Your Dreams ( http://www.iwantateachingjob.com ). In it you will find 50 common interview questions and answers as well as practical advice for getting the teaching job you want.

How to Make an EBook For Free

Ever want to share your expertise on a particular topic and create and sell an eBook to an interested audience? Now anyone can learn how to make an eBook for free - and you can even sell it with zero overhead, too!

Here's how to make an eBook:

1.) Pick a niche. Do some competitive research on Amazon, ClickBank, PayDotCom and other sites to see what kind of information people are paying for.

2.) Conduct some keyword research to see what questions people have about this niche topic. Use keyword tools like Google's External Keyword Tool, but also visit forums for the niche to spy on the consumers and see what their needs are, just as I did when I discovered many people were searching for the phrase "how to make an eBook."

3.) Create your Table of Contents and begin writing based on the information you discovered. If you need research materials, use the Internet or visit your local library.

4.) Once your product is complete, go to Adobe's online site and register for five free PDF conversions. This will take your Word document and convert it into a PDF for you. Zip the file up once you're finished.

5.) Create a sales page on a social network like Squidoo, Hub Pages, Google Knol or a WordPress blog. Since you're sticking to zero-cost options, you won't have your own website to sell it from. Talk about the benefits this eBook can deliver to your customers.

6.) Have your customers pay you via PayPal and once you receive payment, send them the zip file from your hard drive.

This is the free way for how to make an eBook, but it's much better if you invest at least $6.95 for a domain and $9.95 for monthly hosting and take your eBook sales to your own website.

The reason is you can automate everything when you have your own domain. You can have a payment button that you create via PayPal, which will deliver them to a download page once they're made the purchase. You won't have to manually deliver anything to your customers - it will all be o autopilot.
